Your website must be fully functional and free of significant technical errors and malware before WPSimplifyd can begin maintaining it. If it is not, you will be notified asap. There is a minimum charge of $100 for WPSimplifyd to fix it.
* WooCommerce sites are an additional $50 per mth. Not available for WordPress Multisite.
How It Works
01. Sign up
After you sign up, create a WordPress Dashboard account for WPSimplifyd.
02. Sit Back and Relax
WPSimplfyd sets up your website for service and immediately begins monitoring for critical software updates, brute-force attacks, form submission spam, and downtime — 24/7. When WordPress, theme developers, and/or plugin developers release a high-severity security fix, WPSimplifyd updates the vulnerable software on your website within 24-48 hours. All other software updates occur on a monthly basis.
Your website is backed up to the cloud daily, and in some cases, real-time (e.g., when WooCommerce orders are placed).
03. Review Your Montly Report
Your website is manually inspected and updated by the same experienced, WordPress designer/developer; and a report is emailed to you.
04. Reach Out
If you need help with your website, send an email to WPSimplifyd. Up to 1 hour of support (consulting, design, development) is included with your plan every month. Additional time is available for at $100 per hr.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any long-term commitments or contracts?
None whatsoever. The low monthly fee is automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, until you cancel. This ensures that your website will be properly maintained and secured for the entire month.
Are there any set-up or cancellation fees?
There are no set-up or cancellation fees for new clients/websites. However, there is a $150 setup fee each time you restart the service after your first cancellation.
What does “WordPress Support” cover?
Practically anything related to your WordPress website that can be done within your monthly hour of support. Generally speaking this includes consulting, tech support, design, and development.
Can my WordPress Support hour be applied towards a larger project?
Absolutely! For example, if you have a 5-hour project that occurs within a given month, you will only be invoiced for 4 hours (assuming your monthly support hour has not already been used).
Does my WordPress Support hour roll over from month to month?
No. Your WordPress Support hour must be used during your current month of service. Otherwise, it will be lost.
Can my unused WordPress Support hour be used on another website?
No. Your WordPress Support hour only applies to the website WPSimplifyd maintains.
