This package also lays the foundation for bigger improvements via the WPS Website Improvement Plan — a step-by-step roadmap to smarter, more strategic upgrades.
Your website must be fully functional and free of significant technical errors and malware before WPSimplifyd can begin maintaining it. If it is not, you will be notified asap. There is a minimum charge of $100 for WPSimplifyd to fix it.

How It Works
01. Sign up
After signing up, you’ll create a WordPress admin login for WPSimplifyd.
02. Sit Back and Relax
WPSimplifyd sets up your site for service, begins monitoring immediately, and updates critical software within 24–48 hours of a security release.
All other updates occur monthly. Your site is backed up daily — or in real time (e.g., WooCommerce orders).
03. Review Your Monthly Report
Each month, your website is manually inspected and maintained by an experienced WordPress pro. A custom report is emailed to you with key updates and insights.
04. Reach Out Anytime
Need help? Just send an email. You get up to 1 hour of support each month, which covers consulting, design, or development. Additional time is billed at $100/hour.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any long-term commitments or contracts?
None whatsoever. The low monthly fee is automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, until you cancel. This ensures that your website will be properly maintained and secured for the entire month.
Are there any set-up or cancellation fees?
No setup or cancellation fees for new clients. However, restarting service after canceling will incur a $150 setup fee.
What does “WordPress Support” cover?
Pretty much anything WordPress-related that fits into your monthly support hour: tech support, content updates, design tweaks, UX consultation, light development, and more.
Can my WordPress Support hour be applied towards a larger project?
Absolutely! For example, if you have a 5-hour project in a given month, you’ll only be billed for 4 hours if your support hour hasn’t been used.
Does my WordPress Support hour roll over from month to month?
No. Your monthly support hour is “use it or lose it.”
Can my unused WordPress Support hour be used on another website?
No. Your support hour applies only to the website under maintenance.
